How do I apply my press-on nails?
Start with clean, dry hands. Use the nail file to gently shape your natural nails to your desired length.
Lightly buff your nails using the nail buffer block to remove shine. The rougher, dehydrated surface helps the glue adhere better.
Wipe each nail thoroughly with an alcohol pad to remove natural oils. The drier your nails, the better the press-ons will stick.
If using nail glue, apply a small drop to your natural nail and the press-on, align with your cuticle, and press down firmly for at least 30 seconds. If using nail tabs, choose the right size, press onto your natural nail, then firmly press the press-on down.
Avoid water or excessive pressure on your nails for the next 1 to 2 hours to let the glue fully set.
Can I reuse my press-on nails?
Yes, they are reusable! Each set comes with a storage box so you can safely keep your nails protected between wears.
What's the difference between glue and adhesive tabs?
Glue provides a stronger, longer-lasting bond, ideal for events or if you're tough on your hands. Adhesive tabs are a gentler option for your natural nails. Both are included with every set.
How do I find my correct nail size?
Quest Nails now offers sizing through SizeKit. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email via SizeKit with your personal link to scan your nails. Please note: For scanning, you will need a nearby coin (quarter, dime, etc.), bare nails (no press-ons, acrylic, or hard gel), and good lighting. Once your scans are complete, I can being working on your set!
Can I file or trim my press-on nails?
Absolutely! All our nails can be filed and trimmed to your preferred length and shape. Use a nail file in one direction to avoid cracking, and we recommend shaping before applying for the cleanest result.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and painted within 5 to 7 business days. Once shipped via USPS, standard shipping takes 2 to 3 business days within the US. Priority shipping (1 to 2 business days) is also available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
Due to sanitary reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out at questnails@gmail.com and I'll make it right.

How long do press-on nails last?
Our high-quality press-on tips can last anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, though several factors affect wear time. Here are a few tips to get the most out of your set:
- Prep well: Push back your cuticles, lightly buff, and wipe away oils with an alcohol pad before applying.
- Avoid water & heat: Keep nails dry for at least a couple of hours after application. Water, steam, and oils can loosen the adhesive. Applying before bedtime is a great trick!
- Be mindful of daily activities: Heavy lifting, typing, and cleaning can stress your nails. Small adjustments, like using your knuckles to press buttons or opening cans carefully, go a long way in keeping them looking flawless.
How do I remove my press-ons without damage?
Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes to loosen the bond. Gently wiggle from the side, never peel or force them off. For stubborn nails, apply cuticle oil around the edges and wait a few minutes before trying again. Please avoid using acetone or nail polish remover, as this will damage the nail art and gel paint.
Can I shower or wash dishes while wearing them?
Short water exposure is totally fine, but prolonged soaking (long baths, pools, hot tubs) can weaken the adhesive. We recommend wearing gloves when washing dishes or cleaning to maximize wear time.
